- Personal data is stored in secure, encrypted systems (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Wix Member Area) - Access is restricted using role-based permissions and two-factor authentication - Files are encrypted both in transit and at rest - Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose collected or as required by funder contracts/legal obligations Typical retention periods for publicly funded programmes are 7 years after programme closure unless otherwise specified.

 
6. Sharing your data
We may share your data with: - Funding bodies such as local authorities, combined authorities, or central government departments - Auditors and evaluators appointed by funders to monitor programme delivery - Subcontractors or delivery partners where necessary to deliver contracted services (subject to strict Data Sharing Agreements) We do not sell or share your data for marketing purposes with third parties.

Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights: - To be informed about how your data is used - To access your personal data (Subject Access Request) - To request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data - To request erasure of your data (in certain circumstances) - To restrict or object to processing - To data portability (where applicable) - To withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent) To exercise your rights, contact info@teesglobal.co.uk.
